  • Establishment of a 2L structure for business and support processes, followed by discussion with the Client
  • Establishment of a 4L structure of the Key Value Processes, followed by discussion with the Client
  • Establishment of a 4L structure of the support processes, followed by discussion with the Client
  • Development of two pilot contextual process diagrams
  • Modeling of processes in one contextual diagram, assigning executors and functional application of information systems
