- Compilation of a questionnaire to collect information about the Client’s company and its business processes
- Evaluation of the collected information, defining business areas and business operation models
- Preparation for site visits and familiarization with the processes
- Establishment of a 2L structure for business and support processes, followed by discussion with the Client
- Establishment of a 4L structure of the Key Value Processes, followed by discussion with the Client
- Establishment of a 4L structure of the support processes, followed by discussion with the Client
- Development of two pilot contextual process diagrams
- Modeling of processes in one contextual diagram, assigning executors and functional application of information systems
